Hi, I first moved to Felixstowe in November 2010 and carried on with my landscaping business till 2016, when I started my Martial Arts Academy (5 Elements Felixstowe Martial Arts) in October of that same year. The Martial Arts Academy is now well established at a full time location in Bridge Road, Felixstowe.
I have continually trained in fitness from a young age in long distance swimming, running, some Karate and have seen the great benefits it has given to me.
This was a motivating cause for me to open my Martial Arts Academy and now this gym Felixstowe Fitness to give the same benefits I have achieved to others.
